"Asia Silicon Valley-Major League IoT" was co-sponsored by Acer, MediaTek, and Advantech. Mr. Stan Shih, the founder of Acer, is the honorary president of the league, and the CEO of ASVDA is the chairman. The league targets at IoT-related domestic and large enterprises, small and medium enterprises, associations, corporate bodies, schools, startups, and international enterprises, etc., and encourages cross-domain exchanges between large and small enterprises. At present, it has more than 400 members.
According to 9 IoT application fields, including smart transportation, smart logistics, smart manufacturing, smart energy efficiency and environmental monitoring, smart business, smart home, smart agriculture, smart healthcare, and IoT information security, it is divided into 9 SIGs (Special Interest Group). And SIGs will actively promote exchanges between industry, government and academia.
